A number of widened points (17/08/19) on Ciliwung riverbank including some on the side of Jl. Kebon Pala are seen with sacks and large amounts of garbage which can stretch to a distance of about 5 meters from the riverside. The back parts of some houses in a section of Ciliwung River are standing on piles of sacks, although some residents admit that some other piles are used only to resist landslides. -JP/Budi Sutrisno/Adi/19
