Suasana di lokasi eks likuefaksi Perumnas Kelurahan Balaroa, Kecamatan Palu Barat, Kota Palu. 20 Agustus 2019. Sebelas bulan yang lalu atau 28 September 2018, Kota Palu dilanda likuefaksi yang amat hebat akibat gempa 7,4 magnitudo.
