The location of ex-faction Perumnas Balaroa Village, District of West Palu, Palu City. Suasana di lokasi eks likuefaksi Perumnas Kelurahan Balaroa, Kecamatan Palu Barat, Kota Palu. Sebelas bulan yang lalu atau 28 September 2018, Kota Palu dilanda likuefaksi yang amat hebat akibat gempa 7,4 magnitudo. Menurut Lahamate (67), warga Balaroa yang selamat dari gulungan lumpur likuefaksi itu, ada sekitar 3 ribuan orang yang meninggal dunia di tempat ini yang jenazahnya tidak dapat dievakuasi sampai sekarang.
