The 34-14404 gas station that the KPK is targeting for confiscation because it is allegedly owned by Djoko Susilo on Jl. Kapuk Raya, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, was operating, Wednesday, March 13, 2013. The manager said that the gas station did not belong to Djoko Susilo, but was a retired TNI close to the police. SPBU 34-14404 yang diincar KPK untuk disita karena diduga milik Djoko Susilo di Jl. Kapuk Raya, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara, sedang beroperasi, Rabu 13 Maret 2013. Pengelola mengatakan SPBU itu bukan milik Djoko Susilo, melainkan pensiunan TNI yang dekat dengan kepolisian. Sementara kuasa hukum Djoko Susilo mengatakan SPBU itu dimiliki Djoko Susilo dan keluarganya sebelum tahun 2010 sehingga tidak ada kaitannya dengan proyek simulator di Korlantas Mabes Polri tahun 2011.-JP/Ricky Yudhistira/Adi/19
