A resident passed by a pile of objects thought to be a relic of the Dutch colonial era in the form of pipes that were abandoned in abandoned land owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia in the old city area, near the Taman Sari sub-district building, West Jakarta (Tuesday, 27 August 2019). These objects are also used as containers for plants by residents who live near the area. In order to save these objects, archeological research is needed as soon as possible to find out for sure the historical value of these objects. -JP / P.J.Leo / Adi/ 19

Seorang warga melintas dekat tumpukan benda-benda diduga peninggalan era kolonial Belanda berupa pipa-pipa dari tanah liat yang terbengkalai di tanah kosong milik PT Kereta Api Indonesia dikawasan kota tua, dekat gedung Kecamatan Taman Sari, Jakarta Barat (Selasa, 27 Agustus 2019). Benda-benda tersebut ada juga yang dijadikan wadah untuk tanaman oleh warga yang tinggal dekat area tersebut. Guna penyelamatan benda-benda tersebut, diperlukan penelitian arkeologi secepatnya guna mengetahui secara pasti nilai sejarah dari benda-benda tersebut. -JP/P.J.Leo/leo/19
