Gabungan elemen mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi memblokade jalan tol dalam kota serta melakukan sweeping kendaraan plat merah ditengah aksi di depan Gedung Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Senin (23/9/2019).
