An elderly Depok woman appeared moved while showing the certificate as a sign of proof of her ownership rights after the presentation of 4,000 certificates by President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo at the RRI Transmitter field, Cimanggis - Depok (Thursday, September 27, 2018).
